We believe great photography starts with connection and planning. During your consultation, we’ll explore ideas, mood, and location options, helping you visualize the final result before your session even begins. Whether you're camera-shy or camera-ready, we’re here to make the experience fun, comfortable, and uniquely you.

Location

As part of your consultation, we’ll discuss the best location to bring your vision to life. We've photographed across Los Angeles and Orange County and love discovering fresh, beautiful spots. From golden beaches and scenic parks to charming city streets and cozy neighborhoods, nearly any setting is possible.

We also offer a range of digital backgrounds to enhance your session when needed. Please note that clients are responsible for any necessary permits or parking fees associated with their chosen location.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate or unexpected changes arise, don’t worry - we’re happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

What Should I Wear for My Family Photoshoot?

No need to stress over outfits - we’ve got you covered! During your consultation, we’ll offer plenty of style inspiration to help guide your wardrobe choices. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive our curated outfit idea boards via email for even more inspiration and guidance.

The Photography Session

On the day of your session, we recommend arriving photo-ready, with your hair, makeup, and outfits complete. If you’d like help getting camera-ready, we’re happy to arrange a professional stylist or makeup artist for an additional fee.

We typically shoot in the late afternoon, about an hour before sunset - the “golden hour” - when the light is soft and flattering. However, we’re flexible and happy to schedule your session during the time of day that works best for you, in any lighting or weather conditions.

Feel free to bring along any personal items that reflect your style, personality, or story - from a meaningful piece of jewelry to a favorite book or keepsake. These details help make your session feel authentic and uniquely yours.

The session fee is due on the day of the shoot, and all prices include 9% CA sales tax.

After the Shoot

Following your session, we hand-edit every image with care to bring out the very best in each photo. Editing and final delivery typically take 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive high-resolution digital files via a secure Dropbox download link.

Please note that we retain copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, competitions, or professional portfolio use.
